Project goal
To make research about youngsters who wants to create business in regions
• Understand their motivation and expectations;
• Identify problems that they encounter;
• Identify ways how they overcome problems;
• Identify how changes their personality and expectations while they are realizing business projects until successful result;
• Identify reasons why they abandon their business projects;
Research group:
• 50-70 youngsters from 2-4 Lithuanian regions, who want to start business projects in regions and have applied for assistance to municipality or have identified themselves in other ways.
Project result:
• Research will be done simultaneously in Latvia and Lithuania. After the research it will be possible to identify main motivation/ problems and solutions that would allow government institutions and business support organizations to create/improve business support methods, activities, programs etc for youth in regions.
• Also by comparing LV and LT data It would be possible to see if participation in the competition as a process increases chances of creating successful business project
