Erasmus+ partnership building project “Get me in” is aimed to straighten already existing bonds or establish new ones between non-governmental organizations in order to support or advertise each other’s future projects and collaborate directly with organizations. Initiatives Mine Foundation, an organization that arranges this project, is expecting to build long term partnerships that will turn into quality “youth in action” initiatives. They achieved that by sharing work practice, ideas and information with other organizations that did not have the necessary experience at the moment.
Participants were from Poland, Slovak Republic, Romania, Malta, Portugal, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Azores Islands (Portugal) and Turkey. It must be said that only 2 members on behalf of their NGO had a chance to make favorable impression by representing their organization at Zakopane, Poland on 7-11 of March, 2015.
Another objective is to create plan for future projects, main themes of which are youth and sport, promotion and volunteering, European identity, motivating young people to get involved into social issues, etc. During “Get me in” project, such organizations as Fundacja POWER, Stowarzyszenie Dobre Ręce, Národné centrum podpory mládeže, Brno for you, z.s., ACT 4U, Associação Juvenil da Ilha Terceira, Together Malta, Inovaciju biuras, Tangra Assn., Peco – Progetti Europei di Cooperazione, Per Esempio, Learning Center for Youth, Associação de Defesa do Património Cultural Natural de Soure and Chavdar worked in small international groups, making presentations, brainstorming, role playing, taking part in outdoor activities and so on. It was expected that this project results new collaborations, projects and mutual support.
